📌 Policy on Commitment & Withdrawal

We take your growth seriously—and expect the same from you.

❌ If you withdraw before the program starts:

Your $250 registration fee is non-refundable.
No further payments required.

❌ If you withdraw before Week 6 (Halfway Point):

All payments made are non-refundable.
You forfeit program access and may not defer or resume.
This policy reflects our belief that commitment is part of transformation.

✅ If you withdraw after Week 6 (with valid reason):

You forfeit remaining program access.
You receive a 33% credit toward a future RISE cohort (valid for 12 months).
This is offered once as a gesture of compassion and accountability.

⚠️ Late Payments or Non-Compliance

A $25 late fee is applied to missed payments after a 3-day grace period.
Access to group calls, materials, and community may be paused until resolved.
Habitual delays or non-payment result in removal without refund or credit.

Valid Reasons for Withdrawal After Week 6 (Eligible for 33% Credit)

To be eligible for a 33% tuition credit toward a future GPS RISE cohort, the following reasons must be:

Clearly communicated in writing
Accompanied by reasonable proof or documentation
Submitted within 7 days of the withdrawal request

⚠️ Acceptable Circumstances:

- Serious Medical Emergency

Hospitalization, illness, or injury (self or immediate family member) that prevents continued participation.

- Unexpected Death or Loss

Bereavement or sudden loss of a close family member or dependent.

- Major Relocation or Crisis Event

Forced move, loss of housing, or environment that disrupts stability.

- Military Deployment or Legal Obligation

Involuntary call to active duty, jury duty, or other binding legal matter.

- Natural Disaster or Emergency

Earthquake, flood, fire, or other life-disrupting events.

❌ Not Considered Valid:

“Falling behind” or lack of motivation
Change of mind
Schedule conflicts or vacations
Work obligations or new job
“I just don’t feel like it anymore”

📌 Important Note:
All valid withdrawal requests are reviewed individually. The 33% credit is a one-time offering, non-transferable, and must be used within 12 months. It is a gesture of grace—not an entitlement.
